 1. Clear out your attic in bits and pieces

Clearing an attic that is overcrowded is not something you can do in one day. And if you want to do it in one day, you won't succeed. Or you are so demotivated that you give up after that day. Chop the cleanup into bits and pieces and set aside a few hours each time. No more. And reward yourself afterwards with an activity you enjoy.
