How does Storo work?

Discover how storage at Storo works in 5 steps!

Step 1: Choose your box

To start with, choose the location that is best located for you. After that you will see all our available storage spaces. From this overview you can choose the format that best suits your storage needs.

Not sure how much m² you need? No problem! With our handy space calculator you can easily determine how much extra space you need!

The price stated with the box is an all-in price. By this we mean that there will be no hidden costs such as closing costs, deposit, registration fee, etc.
This price includes camera security, neat and ventilated storage areas and much more.

Step 2: Come by (optional)

Would you like to come and have a look at some storage spaces first? Then you can!

Make an appointment online or by phone and come and see different formats. This gives you a better idea of how our storage spaces and the locations actually look like.

This is of course not necessary, you can also book your box directly online from your seat. After booking, your space is immediately available!

Step 3: Rent your storage space online

Once you have found the right size, you can rent it. You can choose between rooms on the ground floor or the first floor, who knows, maybe you can score a top deal on one of our rooms.

On the next screen you can choose from when you want to rent your space and whether you want extra insurance. Be sure to order some sturdy moving boxes of the best quality, which we will prepare for your storage space.

In the next step you create an account with a few clicks. After this we will give a short overview of your booking and you can make the payment.

We're almost there... :-) Just sign your contract with a text message and you're done.

When your payment has been made, you will receive an SMS with your access code and the link to the application.

From now on, the saving can begin, welcome!

Step 4: Visit your box

Way 1:

You can enter your storage space in different ways. The first option is through an application on your smartphone.

After your contract has been signed you will receive a text message with a link to put the Storo application on your smartphone. Once this is on your mobile, you can log in with the login details of the website you have chosen.

You will get an overview of all accesses and your storage space. With 1 click on the button you can open it.

Not very handy with a smartphone? Then that's no problem, we have another option to open your box and the entrances!

Way 2:

As a second option, you can enter your storage space and the location with a personal access code.

When you book a storage space, you will receive a personal access code with which you can enter the location and open your storage space.
Outside, at the main entrance, there is a keypad. If you enter your personal code here, you can enter the location of your rented box.

There are also keypads on both floors inside. These hang in a central place on the elevator. Enter your code a second time here and your storage space will open.
